Return & Replacement Policy

Because each Sandbar Hockey Co. item is made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size selection.

Please review the size guide carefully before ordering. If a product notes that it runs small, we strongly recommend ordering one size up. If you are unsure about sizing, we highly suggest reaching out to us by email before placing your order so we can help you choose the best size.

We will replace an item only if it arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, print issue, or production-related damage. Any defect claim must be submitted within 2 days of delivery and must include clear photos of the issue, the full item, and the packaging if applicable.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement.

This policy allows us to keep our made-to-order process fair while making sure customers receive the quality they paid for.
